About Me:
Hi, Oswald here

Delighted that I can communicate with you. I am a victim of this condition, snoring and sleep apnoea. I never thought much about it, till my test (polysomnogram) showed a very poor result. Those who suffer from, especially seep apnoea must take their condition very seriously and do something about it.. It is not a good feeling, waking up at 2 am and gasping for breath wondering if you are going to make it. I have been there, I know the feeling.

I tried many products, nothing provided any lasting benefit. That is when my wife and I decided to do something about my condition. It took us two years and now we have the pillow that has reduced my snoring by about 80 to 85%. I have not had a mild or severe episode of apnoea in the last 14 months. We have taken a holistic approach by addressing the whole body during sleep, we designed the pillow to support the various parts of the body to reduce stress and reduce snoring and prevent sleep apnoea.

I hope this helps

Can A Pillow Save A Marriage?

New, Advanced Pillow Design Offers Relief for People Who Snore – and Their Significant Others!

There have been dozens of snore relief products manufactured in the past decade. Some of them slightly alter or diminish snoring, but none of them have been truly effective. Snoring not only causes the snorer to lose sleep and deprive themselves of needed rest, but the person who shares their bed suffers from lack of sleep as well. Snoring can be loud – the loudest snore on record logged in at 112.8 d… Continue

Your pillow is probably the most important sleep factor and many of us do not really know why you like or dislike your current pillow. What are you going to do when it gets worn out? Or doesnt it matter to you?

Delaney, I have found that going to the basics is the place to start. Cool, dark, quite bedroom. The mattress must be comfortable in the sleep position/s you perfer. The pillow must support you and your body in that position. Hope this helps!
