How many hours of sleep do you get at night?
8 hours
About Me:
As a community relations representative for Cardinal Sleep Disorder Centers of America, I strive to spread awareness about how important sleep is to a person's health and well being.

When a patient is treated for a debilitating sleep disorder, such as sleep apnea or insomnia, it is amazing to see the difference it makes in almost every facet of their life. Getting the right amount of good quality sleep can improve mood, concentraion and work performance; lower blood pressure; enable better diabetes control, make weight loss easier; and much, much more.

Sleep affects your body's functioning in ways that researchers continue to baffle over. And in a society where life constantly travels on at full speed, it's important to remember to slow down enough to allow for quiet, rest, and a good night's sleep.
