For the past several months I've developed insomnia. Very difficult to go to sleep and I developed an anxiousness about everything. My Dr. recommended Ambien but it bothers me the next day with being tired and anxiety. Also, I have put off trying an antidepressant but decided to try zooloft. Any way, I read about CBT and wondered if anyone has tried this process and whether it was successful or not. Thanks. John.
