In many ways a couple of years ago my dad without warning never got to say goodbye it still hurts.
then in the past few months i have been kicked out of my house without warning and have lost my wife and do not see my children it sometimes feels like they have died.

Yes, I went to two funerals last month and lost three friends.
Five years ago, lost my dad and grandpa within 40 days of each other.
Didn't sleep so well that summer.
But I didn't have the trauma of seeing an accident like you have. I hope you aren't experiencing
PTSD symptoms. If you are, take care of yourself and get help.
Writing has helped me cope.
