There is a longer article on my blog, but has anyone else noticed that they are way more creative and better at "thinking outside the box"* and making connections when they get a good night's sleep? It would be great to hear some real world examples and stories.
*Apologies for using a rather tired cliche, but it is a pretty accurate description.
I don't know. I suppose it depends on the type of medium you are working with. With writing, I find less sleep is better during the plot formation. Things become unreal and distorted, and as any Stephen King fan would agree, this makes for better reading. Creative editing, however, is best done on a good night's rest.

i always knew that i good 8 hours of night sleep will help to to feel better and to look better that why sleep 8 hours is so important good sleeping habits.
